Title:
  Ubiquity manual disk partition page is not localized

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubiquity is fully localized except for manual partition editor. It
  uses English strings. This happened while installing Kubuntu 13.10

  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:    Ubuntu 13.10
  Release:        13.10
