That translation seems not to be in use in Ubuntu, so I suppose the
issue is Mint specific.

Title:
  "Anwendungspaketequellen" is too long and loses one letter

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In the System Settings of Linux Mint (Cinnamon) the word
  "Anwendungspaketequellen" is one letter too long. Maybe changing it
  too "Anwendungs-Paketequellen" would fix it.
