Bug description:
  Contact filters are displayed untranslated ("All", "Favorites").

  Test case.
  - Switch the phone to spanish.
  - Open Contacts.

  Expected result.
  - Filters must appear translated ("Todos", "Favoritos").

  Actual result.
  - Filters appear untranslated.
