  LC_IDENTIFICATION=es_AR.UTF-8
  LANG=es_ES.UTF-8
  LC_MEASUREMENT=es_AR.UTF-8
  LANGUAGE=es
  LC_TIME=es_AR.UTF-8
  LC_NAME=es_AR.UTF-8

  I see Camera, translated to Cámara with the 'á' incorrectly rendered
  as can be seen in http://i.imgur.com/8YK4bbz.png

  Seen on latest utopic and latest rtm images.
  Take note that the scope renders "Cámara" correctly.
