Right, the touch langpacks are new in utopic. But you can also install
ubuntu-dev-tools and use "pull-lp-source <package>", then you always
get the latest development release version regardless of which Ubuntu
release you are currently running.

Bug description:
  Language: German

  Click on settings in the (aggregating) Unity 8 music scope and it will
  display "Ergebnisse von Grooveshar anzeigen". It should be "Ergebnisse
  von Grooveshark anzeigen".
