Title:
TeXmacs german interface does not show letter "ß" properly and is not
  properly translated

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Incomplete
Status in “texmacs” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.04.1 32-bit
  Desktop GNOME
  TeXmacs: 1:1.0.7.18-1

The german letter "ß" (SZ ligature) is consequently not shown properly
in german translated interface of TeXmacs as can be seen in the
attached screenshot. It is presented as "ÿ" (Small Y with Diaresis).
  It appears in each menu.

Besides as also obvious in the screenshot german translation seems incomplete "Close document" should be "Dokument schließen"
I did not yet have time to check all menus and submenues for other missing translations.

  Sincere greetings,

  Michael
