Title:
Search text input in Hebrew always right-aligned
Status in Ubuntu Start Page:
Fix Released
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The Hebrew version of the start page is correctly right-aligned, as is
the search text input box. The problem is that when searching for
something in English (or any other LTR language) it remains right-
aligned, which can be a very annoying (consider that users in Israel
are likely to be searching for stuff in English most of the time) .
The solution I've seen on Google, for example, is that as soon as you
start typing non-hebrew characters the alignment changes to the left
(don't know how - maybe javascript). I think that this is what we
should do too.
