[Bug 875153] Re: Time of installing, uninstalling or updating in history view does not respect 24 hour format
This bug probably still exists, but it is masked by the fact that the
timestamps are currently not shown at all, which I have reported as bug
1459549.

Bug description:
I use 24 hour time format. Now it's 17:59. Unfortunately, time displayed in history view is not right. For example instead of 16:57 it shows 04:57. Not even pm or am with it.
