Probably not. It's not clear to me why xscreensaver is at all enabled
for translation at Launchpad.

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with xscreensaver 5.30-1ubuntu1 and I'm
noticing that the option "Quick Power-off in Blank Only Mode" in
xscreensaver-demo in the register "Advanced" isn't translated into
german.
