Bug description:
  Command-not-found gives such a result in Turkish: 
  'kar' paketinden 'sra-toolkit' komutu (universe)
   'ken' paketinden 'filters' komutu (universe)
   'key' paketinden 'donkey' komutu (universe)
  Package and command needs to be swapped in Turkish translation.
