Thanks, you describe different issues there:

* Some french translations are missing in System parameters/Phone

The french translators need to complete the translations on https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/wily/+source/ubuntu-system-settings
(I made some suggestions some days ago that are waiting for review)

* - (un)lock screen: "No data sources availables"

that was a missing translation, I fixed it on thursday and it should be available in the next langpack update
(could also be bug #1398016 in some cases)

* Parameters/Language and text: "Insert a period when you tap Space
twice"

seems like it was translated on launchpad some weeks ago and should be
fixed with the next langpack update as well

  Some french translations are missing in System parameters/Phone

  "Some calls" -> "Certains appels"
  "All calls" -> "Tous les appels"

  When clicking "Call forwarding" (which, in french, is "Redirection
  d'appels")

  "Forward every incoming call" -> "Redirection de tous les appels"
  "Redirects all phone calls to another number" -> "Redirige tous les appels vers un autre numéro"
  "I'm on another call" -> "Je suis en ligne"
  "I don't answer" -> "Je ne réponds pas"
  "My phone is unreachable" -> "Mon téléphone n'est pas joignable"
