Steps:
1.Go to system settings->Language & Text->keyboard layouts
2.Add simplified chinese input
3.Go to OSK
4.Tap "global" button to bring up input switch menu
Actual result:
"Chinese(Pinyin)" isn't translated, see attached
Expected result:
It should display "简体拼音"
