Actually, "NearBy" should not be translated at all. It is the scope
branded name (like firefox) and according to product management, it
should always display as "NearBy".

  Actual result:
  “Nearby” is translated into "身旁"

  Expectation:
  I suggested that “Nearby” may be translated to "附近"  is more suitable
