  Precondition:
  New flash phone or the first time to launch notes app.
  Steps:
  Launch notes app and the "Sync with Evernote" pop up window display.

  Actual result:
  The pop up window is not translated to Simplified Chinese.
  Expected result: 
  It should be translated.
