[Bug 1596126] [NEW] Februari instead Pebruari in Indonesian

 

Public bug reported:

The month name based on KBBI (http://kbbi.web.id/) guide, Pebruari
should be Februari. And for the older version ubuntu November instead
Nopember.

I think we should use kbbi for referring the Indonesian words.
