  The operator name and the "APN" word are not translate to Simplified

  version ubuntu: 20160603
  version device: 20160523-003fdb2
  version custom: 20160504-975-22-7

  Precondition:
  SIM card is inserted.

  Steps:
  1.Launch system settings and select "Cellular".Select "Operator"
  2.Check the UI.

  Actual result:
  The operator and "APN" are not translate to Simplified Chinese.
  Expected result:
  The Operator name  and "APN" word should be translated.
