I agree with #1 - let's make this opt-in for individual translators
rather than sending them to the lists. The default teams have a huge
amount of packages assigned to them, so it would be too noisy.

What I'd personally like would be an additional autosubscribe option -
any time I contribute a new translation, I am subscribed to the
template. I have totally lost the overview for the Touch apps.

Bug description:
  During the breezy development it was noticed that sometimes new
  templates were added to Rosetta for translation and no one noticed
  them. It would be great if you could have a bot sending mails to
  ubuntu-translators (or similar) announcing new templates available for
  translation, with priority in "main" ones, on the current development
  cycle.
