I see that there is a Thai translators team for Launchpad:

But not for Ubuntu (<https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-th>), which I
think there should be.

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you try to get in touch
with the folks in the Thai translators team for Launchpad. Another
option is to contact the Thai Loco team at <https://launchpad.net
/~ubuntu-th>.

Please let us know whether you are successful when approaching those
teams.

Bug description:
  I submitted translation suggestions for many templates in Thai for
  about three years. But Thai translation team didn't review them. I
  would like to get them reviewed quickly.
