Great to hear that.

However, it looks to me as if the Thai translations isn't set up
completely, for instance there doesn't exist a <https://launchpad.net
/~ubuntu-l10n-th> team.

Can you please take a look at this page:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/StartingTeam

and create <https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-th> and check out if
there is anything else which needs to be fixed for the Thai translators
team.

Bug description:
  I submitted translation suggestions for many templates in Thai for
  about three years. But Thai translation team didn't review them. I
  would like to get them reviewed quickly.
