Possibly it's the xfce4-power-manager package.

@Alex: Are you running Lubuntu? If not, is xfce4-power-manager present
on your system?

(There are multiple occurrences of the wrong pronoun in the file, and if

  When booting up laptops with LXDE and battery is full the message says

  "Din batteri är fulladdat" should be "Ditt batteri är fulladdat"
