[Bug 1684097] Re: Date format isn't good

In Xenial the translation template has 33 items, and in Zesty it only
has 13. I suspect that this bug was caused by this commit:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-
datetime/trunk.16.10/revision/476

The missing translation, which Olivier mentioned in the bug description,
is a string in the file formatter-desktop.cpp. However, no strings from
that file is included in the Zesty translation template.

The file po/POTFILES.in, which was dropped through the commit, looked
like this:

src/formatter.cpp
src/formatter-desktop.cpp
src/menu.cpp
src/snap.cpp
src/utils.c

The Zesty translation template only has items from:

src/menu.cpp
src/snap.cpp

I think there is a need to create a proper translation template somehow
to fix this bug.

Title:
  Date format isn't good

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  New
Status in indicator-datetime package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Date format isn't good in date indicator whereas the translation
  format is good https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/zesty/+source
  /indicator-datetime/+pots/indicator-datetime/fr/1/+translate

In french, it should be displayed "mer. 19 avril" ; not "mer. avril
  19"

I think it miss this translation witch was present on xenial:
  https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/+source/indicator-
  datetime/+pots/indicator-datetime/fr/5/+translate
