it's the same as bug #1491787 and not due to launchpad import but likely
the g-c-c search code not handling using gettext to get translations for
desktop entries

Bug description:
  GNOME Control Center results in GNOME Shell Overview are untranslated
  on my non-English Ubuntu 17.10 install even though they are fully
  translated in GNOME Control Center itself. See the attached
  screenshot.
