[Bug 1731095] Re: Deja Dup displays square glyphs in localized UI string and does not work
Assigned Ubuntu Translations, because as far as I know that is where the
translation for Fedora is synced from (at least upstream syncs with
them).

Title:
Deja Dup displays square glyphs in localized UI string and does not
work

Bug description:
I have enabled weekly backup. Recently, I found the localized UI of
Deja Dup is partly in square glyphs, which is also called as mojibake,
that makes Deja Dup backup not work. It keeps waiting for connecting
my drive but nothing progressed.
If I cancel the backup process and quit Deja Dup, the command line
'deja-dup --backup' works without any problem; it shows the right UI
string without the square glyphs.
Distro: Fedora 26
Deja Dup version: deja-dup-36.3-1.fc26.x86_64 duplicity-0.7.14-2.fc26.x86_64
Locale: zh_TW.UTF-8
The screenshot is the mojibake (displaying the localized strings as
square glyphs) of Deja Dup.
