The good news is that is doesn't matter much as long as upstream hasn't
dropped the translations from the .policy files and added gettext-
domain="systemd" ...

  Translations for systemd are outdated because they do not seem to be
  synced with the upstream ones.

  For example the Czech one:

  Upstream: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/master/po/cs.po - 100% translated
