https://salsa.debian.org/systemd-team/systemd/commit/87f54958bc24 . The
debian/ changes were already in Debian master.

  Translations for systemd are outdated because they do not seem to be
  synced with the upstream ones.

  For example the Czech one:

  Upstream: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/master/po/cs.po - 100% translated
