The Spanish po/es.po file proved to be corrupt and LP refused to import
it. Uploaded it manually for now, and reported upstream:

Bug description:
  It looks like that update to the latest GNOME Todo 3.27 broke the
  translations and GNOME Todo is now untranslated on non-English Ubuntu
  system.
