[Bug 552034] Re: many installation sections are not translated in italian
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 552034
and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

In Ubuntu 10.04 beta 1when you install the system in italian there are many sections not translated. In particular:
- in the first step (1 of 7) it's only translated the strings "Welcome" and "install" (I tried also with other languages and also in these selections this two strings are the only words translated)
- during install phase "Welcome" the entry "Thank you for choosing Ubuntu 10.04" is not translated
- during install phase "Browse the web with Firefox" the entries "Ubuntu comes with the widely ......" and "Add your own personal note ......" are not translated
- during install phase "Organize, enjoy and share your photos" the entry "Use tags to describe ...." is not translated
- during install phase "Music and movies in Ubuntu" the entry "Ubuntu is ready to play ...." is not translaged
- during install phase "Control your digital life with Evolution" the entry "Evolution Mail is the fully-featured ......" is not translated
- during install phase "Keep in contacts with Empathy" the entries "With Empathy, Ubuntu keeps you connected right from ...." and "Choose Empathy IM Client ... " are not translated
- during install phase "Office tools at your fingertips" the entry "OpenOffice.org works with documents from other ...." is not translated
- during install phase "Accessibility in Ubuntu" the entry "You can get at these tools in one place....." is not translated
- during install phase "Installing additional software" the entry "Take a look at the Ubuntu Software CEnter ... " is not translated
- during install phase "Store, sync and share with Ubuntu One" the entry "Ubuntu One is your personal cloud ...." is not translated
- during install phase "Getting help with Ubuntu" the entries "If you need help, try Help.....", "In addition to our extensive written help...." and "Let us know about your ....." are not translated
