(The "Skip" button has another issue - it is translated on Launchpad,
but the translation is not applied; see #1731070.)

Bug description:
  Some Ubiquity strings are missing on Launchpad. See the untranslated
  strings on the attached screenshots from the latest Ubuntu 18.04
  image. Ubiquity is fully translated in my (Czech) language.
