LibreOffice is translated upstream only, and as far as I can tell it
looks good today.

Title:
Missing french translations in LibreOffice
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Ubuntu 13.10 / Unity
AZERTY keyboard / French Locale
LibreOffice 4.1.5.3
All throughout the app's, most of the sub menus show mixed
english/french language.
I've had the same problem with Ubuntu 12.04 and LO 4.1 - but I get
back to the 4.0 on this production machine where French is complete.
