  Simplified Chinese localization incomplete

Bug description:
  I can't speak/read Chinese, but I was testing "Non-English
  Installation Full Network Support & CJK Input" in the QA ISO tracker,
  and the livepatch screen in the initial setup wizard appears
  incompletely translated.
