Thanks for your report!

Ubuntu 18.04 was released in April, while those strings were reviewed
only in August. There have been two opportunities after that to update
the Russian language packs, but unfortunately the Russian translators
team did not participate in the verification of the proposed language
packs, which is the explanation why those strings are still shown
untranslated to the users.

You can see at the linked page which languages were updated in
connection with the latest language pack update:

Seeing that you are the latest member of the Russian translators team,
please let me take this opportunity to ask you and the rest of the team
to be more attentive when we call for testing of updated language packs.
