Bug description:
  Product: bq Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition
  Build Version: Ubuntu 15.04 (r76) from /ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en/krillin/

  If Russian language is selected, there are number of strings still in
  English instead of being in Russian.

  Missing strings in dialer app:
  1. Dialer app -> click on "Settings" icon: "Some calls"
  2. Dialer app -> click on "Settings" icon -> click on "Some calls"

  "Forward incoming calls when:"
  "I am on another call"
  "I don't answer"
  "My phone is unreachable"
