GRUB needs to generate a .pot template on build

Status in grub2 source package in Lucid:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: grub
GRUB recently implemented internationalization support [1] and it now
can be translated. That version is included in Lucid and needs to
create a translation template during the build process, so that it can
be uploaded to Launchpad Translations and Ubuntu translators can do
their work.
As usual, we recommend to coordinate the translations effort with
upstream, and for now translations should be best done there.
