If you think the other changes in gnome-3-36 branch are important
bugfixes then yes, please make a new release (and one for 3.37 too).

Otherwise I can make a new upload only with updated translations. I also
submitted a Russian translation to l10n.gnome.org a few days ago, but
it's not reviewed yet.
