Hi,

We've done the initial setup of Launchpad Translations for Ubuntu
Hirsute.  Next steps for opening translations:

 * (Ubuntu) Start approving uploads on Hirsute's translation import queue:
   https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hirsute/+imports

 * (Launchpad) Wait a few days until most of the translations for
   Hirsute have been imported at least once.  You can track this on the
   translation import queue page. 

I've set a reminder for myself to set up cron jobs once the initial
import queue has cleared.
