There was recently a question about this at the ubuntu-translators

My theory is that some kind of upload is needed. In any case the snap-
store developers need to pay more attention to translations.

Bug description:
  As I installed Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy I noticed that when I open Ubuntu
  Software it's in Swenglish (Swedish and English mixed) even though
  https://translations.launchpad.net/snap-store-desktop shows that it's
  fully translated.
