  Translations involved with "Wi-Fi" are not applied due to
  capitalization changes

Bug description:
  Because there was a change that made the string "wi-fi" to "Wi-Fi"
  (changeset 2a8983ca), this made all translations involving with "wi-
  fi" unable to match the translation string.
