Yes, and that's because the translation of the new string was added too
late, i.e. after this commit:

But do you know that it is an actual problem for users who install
Ubuntu in Chinese? If it isn't, the correction may as well wait until
next translation refresh, which will happen after "Non Language Pack
Translation Deadline" on October 6.
