language-pack-ko-base had strict depend on language-pack-ko, upload
debdiff to bump version of language-pack-ko

  * Install the Korea translation package and switch language to Korea
  * run command "pkexec ls" and "pkexec --user $(whoami) ls" and check the translation is updated

  * This SRU only affect the Korea translation and there is no function
  change so the risk is very low
