Bug description:
  [SRU] 2.67:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/2089691

  [ Impact ]

   * Spotify snap install fails, and so would others the requires
  loading of Snapd SELinux module

  [ Test Plan ]

  `sudo snap install spotify`

Before fix: `error: system does not fully support snapd: cannot mount
  squashfs image using "squashfs"`

After fix: installation success, no error

Needs to be tested on Fedora 41

  ---orignal---

  nexus@prism:~$ sudo snap install spotify
error: system does not fully support snapd: cannot mount squashfs image using "squashfs": -----
mount: /tmp/syscheck-mountpoint-1913752814: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on
/dev/loop0, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.

dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system
  call.

         -----

Looks to be an SELinux issue?
  [66355.067487] loop0: detected capacity change from 0 to 8
  [66355.067558] SELinux: security_context_str_to_sid (system_u:object_r:snappy_snap_t:s0) failed with errno=-22
