We'll need a little more to go on here. Are you looking for client side
spam filter or server side? For either, tell us what you are using for
the mail client and/or the mail server?

As an aside, I personally think that whatever google's mail is using,
rocks. I put my personal accounts through gmail and it works like a champ.
