Just an update on release parties happening in Florida.  As things get
finalized, we'll keep everyone posted.

These release parties are a great way to meet other Ubuntu users in
the area.  Socialize, ask questions, have fun!  All of the venues are
family friendly, so feel free to bring them out as well.


1. Gainesville - April 25th, 6pm - Fiber Optics Plus, 117 NW 16th Ave,
Gainesville, FL 32601 - we'll have some pizza, drinks, and demos.
Feel free to bring your PC out if you'd like help installing Ubuntu!

2. Jacksonville (St. Augustine) - April 25th, 12pm - 6pm - City Coffee
Company, 1280-A N. Ponce de Leon Blvd, Saint Augustine, FL 32084.

3. Melbourne - June 6th - We are in the process of confirming the
venue.  We should have something to announce soon.

4. Miami - May 9th, 12pm - We are in the process of confirming the
venue.  We should have something to announce soon.

5. Orlando - May 3rd - We are in the process of confirming the venue.
We should have something to announce soon.

6. Pensacola - April 25th, 6pm - Hosted by the Pensacola Linux Users
Group at Systems Specialists on 114 E. Wright Street.

7. Tampa - Tenatively schedule May2nd. - We are currently looking for
a location.  We should have something soon.

8. Tallahassee - May 2nd, 12pm - 4pm - Leroy Collins Public Library,
200 W Park Ave
Tallahassee, FL 32301.  We'll be handing out CDs and installing Ubuntu!
