I'm guessing, the same dimension as the table, atleast length wise.
Width wise, I'd say the height of the table from the ground?

Depending on what we go with, the shelf life could be forever. The one printer
they have uses UV inks, so instead of fading, the bonds in the ink
grows stronger
over time (especially in direct sunlight). They've also got a solvent
based printer
too. So if we want a banner/table cloth that will last years, I can get us one.

Cool. Pass them along if you find them. I think it'd be neat to have some
posters up behind the table. Something other than just a bunch of people
standing handing out CD's. I know when going to a booth with people I
don't know, if there's something I can "pretend" to read while I think about
what I'm going to say to them, it helps ease me in. Plus, it could be a good
ice breaker.

Don't worry so much about cost. I'm prepared to pay for the whole thing.
Besides, I'm getting it done at cost of material, which most is relatively
cheap for something small like this. For example, I got a 2'x3' HD photo
printed (well I think it was only in 540i) on thin PVC material, and it was
only $20 maybe. And I think I told them to charge me normal rates, not
cost only.

So seriously, don't worry about the cost. I'd rather see people working on
designing a banner or a poster. I'll have to check on the feasibility of the
table cloth design. It might be simpler to find a table cloth, and then just
have them print on it. I'll get back on that.

In the mean time, anyone have any design ideas? What about the business
card design Jacob proposed in IRC?

Thanks,
Doug
