So our Bug Jam is now a Packaging Jam<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Jams/Packaging>?
 I like it! :)

Consider Cleveland on board. (though I don't know very much at all about
packaging. we'd need folks to lead the charge and teach us all a thing or
two)

I sat through an OLF session on packaging, but I could definitely use some
more hands-on instruction and experience.
