Hello, Ohio!

So, I've signed this with GPG, for the record.

I'm officially closing the election. The top three vote-getters ( in
order they were in the first email ) are:

 * Jon Buckley * Jacob Peddicord * Michael Gilbert

These three will act as the Council of the Ubuntu Ohio team, effective
as of now. I will transition the leadership in the next week, and stay
in a position that will allow me to help transition anything that slipped
through the cracks.

The two reserve candidates ( in the event one of the above can not finish
their term ) are:

 * William Chambers * Stephen Michael Kellat

I'd like to personally thank all who ran, and I'd like to place an
emphasis on the absolutely outstanding quality of all the candidates.

I'm proud to call everyone on this list a team-mate, and a true
contributor in every sense of the word "Ubuntu".
