Hi Tracy,

No need for apologies.  All of us started from humble beginnings ;)
The ubuntu-beginners team is a great starting point.  If you're having
questions, just drop a line in their irc channel, and i'm sure someone
would be happy to help:  that's what they're there for anyway.

Maybe paultag will have some more insight.  I know that he was (is?)
very involved on that team.
