Hi all,

The votes have all been tallied, and I'm pleased to announce Cheri
Francis as the winner of the open council seat!

See attached 'results.txt' for the tally.  Included there is a sha256sum
of every validly signed message and the choice indicated by that
message.  This info is provided so you can check that your message was
tallied correctly (and know one else knows who you voted for).  If
everyone does this, then the election can be considered validated.

You can use the attached 'signature-checker' script on your
message.txt.asc file or by adding the '-----' from the pgp headers to
your encrypted message to do this checking.  The sha256sum of your
message (found between the '-----' lines) should match one of the
sha256sums in the results and the choice below that should match your
choice.

I've double checked my tallying, but if you do find a discrepency,
please report it, and we'll update the official count.  It would take a
lot of mistakes to cause the result to differ, so we can go proceed
presuming that this outcome is correct.

Note that Jon and I did not vote since we had access to partial
election results and could have had the opportunity to sway the results
based on the partial outcome.
