All,

If we (ever) going to re-start up the ReLoCo's, my suggestion is to
cover a larger area in the state for one instead of what we had before.
 The reason behind this is it seems that (based on the member map [1])
we are fairly dispersed in Ohio, mainly in the north east and central
Ohio.  One example would be the Greater Cincy area up into Dayton.

Just my thought on the re-start up of ReLoCo's,
