What are we doing for 16.04 release?

LoCos are supposed to do things like release parties.

Proposal: Let's do a 16.04 release party in April. (Release date:
Thursday, 21 April 2016). This gives us plenty of time to plan
something fun.

I suggest an in-person, family-friendly event...like a bowling party or
some such...perhaps in a central location to participants...on the
weekend after release.
