That may be a good start, and having people jump in at a later date for
other positions (scribe for note taking, etc) when they're able.

As the contact, I had assumed you already had the facilitative leadership
role, but it's a cool way to play with and test voting, which I didn't know
Launchpad did.

I know the Holidays are usually pretty busy for people, so that could
definitely play a factor right now.

I've got just about every life-changing event happening right now, so I'm
way more busy than normal.  It will probably slow down after the holidays.
In March, the baby will finish compiling and be ready for release, so I've
got that going on as well.
